Warranty Policy – Quit Comfort Luxury (1 Year)

At Quit Comfort Luxury, we are committed to providing high-quality mattresses designed for long-lasting comfort and durability. All our mattresses come with a 1-Year Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects.

1. Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers:

• Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship

• Foam sagging beyond normal usage (more than 1 inch)

• Stitching defects or fabric peeling

• Structural issues in the mattress core

The warranty is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.

2. What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear over time

• Damage due to misuse, improper handling, or folding

• Stains, burns, cuts, liquid damage, or physical abuse

• Comfort preference issues (firmness/softness choice)

• Use on improper or uneven bed base

• Commercial use of the mattress

3. Warranty Claim Process

To raise a warranty claim, the customer must:

1. Provide the original invoice or order ID

2. Share clear photos/videos showing the defect

3. Contact our support team via email or phone

Our team will inspect the issue and guide you with the next steps.

4. Resolution

After verification, Quit Comfort Luxury may:

• Repair the mattress, or

• Replace the defective product with the same or equivalent model

Replacement approval is subject to inspection by our team.

5. Transportation Charges

• Customer may need to bear shipping costs for sending the product for inspection.

• If the claim is approved, return shipping will be managed by us.

6. Warranty Conditions

• Warranty is applicable only to the original purchaser

• The mattress must be used with proper support base

• The product should not be altered or repaired by unauthorized persons
